Rating Health Care Services
A majority of Dutchess County residents favorably rate the caliber of health care services in their community even though only 5% believe they are of excellent quality.  38% rate these services as fair or poor.  Residents’ appraisal of community health care services parallel the opinions held by residents throughout the Mid-Hudson region.  

There has been little change in the proportion of Dutchess County residents who are satisfied with the quality of health care services since 2002.  A majority of residents assessed health care services in their community favorably five years ago, as well.  Similarly, in 2002, 35% did not rate the quality of health care services positively.
