10/1: Dyson Foundation to release survey update today

The Dyson Foundation, in conjunction with the Marist College Institute for Public Opinion, will release today its second update to its once-ever-five-years survey of what mid-Hudson Valley residents think about the region and what their priorities are. The survey, titled “Many Voices One Valley,” was first introduced in 2002 and updated in 2007. A press conference to announce the 2012 results is scheduled for 11 a.m. today. The report documents not only what residents think of the region, but also their expectations for the future. It is highlighted by a ranking of residents’ top priorities.  Read more…
