Environment

Environmental issues are important to many residents of the Mid-Hudson Valley.  However, with other issues such as business retention, job creation, education, health care, services for seniors, taxes, and crime top of minds, environmental concerns are less pressing.

Still, residents express concern about protecting public space.  When it comes to growth and development, most residents in the region want to see at least as much or more growth and development in their community than they are experiencing.
