Safety

Putnam County residents are still the most upbeat about the job their community is doing to prevent crime.  Nearly nine in ten residents, 88%, believe their community is doing at least a good job keeping them safe.  Just 12% rate their community’s performance on the issue as subpar.  These findings in Putnam County are similar to those in 2007.
