By more than a two-to-one margin, most Mid-Hudson Valley residents continue to think that local spending on water and air quality is on target.
There is little difference at the county level. Most residents in each of the seven counties are satisfied with the amount of resources their community allocates to this issue. However, about one-third of the residents of Dutchess, Greene, and Orange Counties think too few resources are being directed toward improving the quality of the water and air in their community.
