In Sullivan County, protecting open space fills the eleventh spot.

When it comes to growth and development, the largest change has occurred in Sullivan County.  Residents here are most likely to believe the amount of growth and development has been inadequate.  Seven in ten residents now think growth is needed while 26% think the amount is on track.  In 2007, 37% said additional development was required.
