Transportation

On the issue of public transportation, the largest shift has occurred in Ulster County.  In 2007 and 2002, majorities in Ulster County believed more money needed to be spent on public transportation.  Now, a plurality of residents in Ulster County, 48%, thinks the expenditures are about right.  Forty-one percent believe they fall short.
